1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Cabezee (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our taxi booking services.

By booking our services, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Cabezee provides taxi transportation services between various locations, primarily focusing on routes between Mysore and Bangalore, including airport transfers.

2.1 Services Include:

  • Point-to-point taxi transportation
  • Airport pickup and drop-off services
  • One-way and round-trip services
  • 24/7 customer support and booking assistance
  • GPS tracking for safety and security

2.2 Service Limitations:

  • Services are subject to vehicle availability
  • Weather conditions may affect service delivery
  • Routes may be modified based on traffic and road conditions
  • Additional charges may apply for services outside standard areas

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made via phone (+919845500065) or WhatsApp
  • All bookings are subject to availability confirmation
  • We recommend booking at least 2-3 hours in advance
  • Emergency bookings will be accommodated based on availability

3.2 Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after verification by our team
  • You will receive confirmation via phone or WhatsApp
  • Booking details include pickup time, location, and fare estimate
  • Any changes must be communicated immediately

3.3 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and destination addresses
  • Be available at the specified pickup location and time
  • Carry valid identification for verification
  • Communicate any special requirements during booking

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fare Structure

  • Fares are predetermined and communicated during booking
  • All fares include driver charges, fuel, and applicable taxes
  • Toll charges and parking fees are included in the quoted fare
  • Night charges may apply for services between 11 PM and 5 AM

4.2 Payment Methods

  • Cash payment to the driver upon completion of journey
  • Digital payment options available upon request
  • Payment is due at the end of the trip
  • Receipts will be provided upon request

4.3 Additional Charges

  • Waiting charges: ₹50 per hour after 15 minutes of free waiting
  • Extra stops: ₹100 per additional stop (max 30 minutes each)
  • Cancellation charges as outlined in Section 5
  • Cleaning charges for damage to vehicle interior

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Free cancellation: More than 2 hours before pickup time
  • 50% charges: 1-2 hours before pickup time
  • Full charges: Less than 1 hour before pickup time or no-show
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Vehicle breakdown or technical issues
  • Government restrictions or emergencies
  • Customer violation of terms and conditions

5.3 Modifications

  • Route changes are subject to fare adjustments
  • Time modifications must be requested at least 1 hour in advance
  • Additional passengers may incur extra charges
  • Vehicle type changes are subject to availability

6. Safety and Passenger Conduct

6.1 Safety Measures

  • All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking
  • Drivers are verified and trained professionals
  • Regular vehicle maintenance and safety checks
  • 24/7 customer support for emergencies

6.2 Passenger Responsibilities

  • Follow safety instructions provided by the driver
  • Use seat belts as required by law
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
  • Do not consume alcohol or use illegal substances during the trip

6.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking in the vehicle
  • Carrying illegal or hazardous materials
  • Engaging in inappropriate or offensive behavior
  • Damaging vehicle property

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

  • All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance
  • We maintain liability insurance for passenger protection
  • Coverage includes accidents during the booked journey
  • Liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage

7.2 Limitations

  • Not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
  • Not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Limited liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to the fare paid for the service

7.3 Passenger Insurance

Passengers are advised to maintain their own travel insurance for comprehensive coverage of personal belongings, medical expenses, and other potential losses.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Customer data is protected and used only for service delivery
  • Location tracking is used for safety and service optimization
  • Communication records may be maintained for quality assurance
  • Data sharing is limited to service providers and legal requirements

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Complaints

  • Complaints should be reported within 24 hours of service completion

  • We aim to resolve complaints within 48 hours

9.2 Resolution Process

  • Initial review and acknowledgment within 24 hours

  • Follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

9.3 Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India, and governed by Indian law.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other emergencies.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
